The song Home by Phillip Phillips has a significant meaning in the novel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. I imagine it being sung by Jim to Huck one night on the raft as they float down the Mississippi  Huck is about to fall asleep and Jim will take his turn as guard again, letting Huck rest. Jim is trying to make Huck comfortable on the raft. Sorry if you can't see the video on this website, just follow this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoRkntoHkIE
"Home" lyrics:

Hold on, to me as we go
As we roll down this unfamiliar road
And although this wave is stringing us along
Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
If you get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
If you get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

What they mean in Huck Finn:

Huck, you can depend upon me as we travel down the river on this raft, and though the current is pulling us down South  into slavery I will never desert you. I will make this raft your home.

Fall sleep, everything will be alright, ignore your worries about your Dad, they'll just cause unnecessary stress. The frauds might lead to some issues, but if you lose yourself, together we will find you again.

Just know I'm always here for you, because I'm going to make this raft your home.

Sleep now, us running away will all work out, ignore the rattle snake skin, we've already suffered all our bad luck. You might get in trouble for running away but I'll always defend you.

Huck, you'll always be my best friend and this raft is our home.
